Terms & Conditions:

1. Please pay the full balance within 7 days of the final draft being approved and/or website ‘go live’ date.

2. This quote includes at least 1 set of revisions. All revisions after that will be charged out at $125 per hour or part there of.

3. Upon approval of this quote, should the job be cancelled for any reason, hours worked up until that point in time will still need to be paid.

4. Should you make any major changes to ‘the brief’ qubeGroup reserves the right to re-quote on the job.

5. All materials provided by the client are assumed to be legal and accurate.

6. qubeGroup takes no responsibility for the material and how it is used once the client has approved the copy.

7. For long-term jobs lasting more than one week, progressive invoices will be issued weekly.

8. For quotes above $1,000 a 30% Commencement Fee must be paid before work begins on the project, this fee will be subtracted from the total invoice.

9. Should your account exceed our trading terms and we are required to pass onto an agency/solicitor for collection, all commissions, fees and any out of pocket expenses will be borne by you.
